Discover

This Phase is about discovering the life of a Jesus-follower that is marked by loving God and others. We do this through a generous life, connecting into a Jesus-centered community and cultivating a dedicated faith through prayer, the Word and worship.

Develop

This phase is about cultivating who God has made you to be, your spiritual gifts, and natural talents and abilities. You will learn how to build habits and mindsets for a foundation of spiritual and practical growth for your body/soul/spirit.

Deploy

This is primarily accomplished through intentional and intense methods of servant-leadership principles, training, and hands-on experience. This is about activating a lifestyle that expands the Kingdom of God, the local church and your purpose.

Pneuma Equip is centered in the local church with its impact and influence also being directed toward the community.

Equip is centered around our core verse:

Ephesians 4:12-16 - “…to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.

Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.”
